  • Payment can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or cash (for local folks).

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • A refund will be issued if notice is received by August 15th, minus a $50 administrative fee. After August 15th, your registration is non-refundable. This policy is in place to support the planning, preparation, and financial commitments involved in offering this training.

  • Until September 15th, registrations may be transferred to another participant if a replacement is available (for example, from a waitlist or through the participant’s own referral). In this case, the original participant will be refunded their payment minus a $50 administrative fee, once the replacement registration is confirmed and payment is received.

  • After September 15th, your spot is non-refundable and non-transferable. This training includes preparation that begins one month prior to the training, including an assignment. After September 15th, it will be too late to transfer your spot to another person. Please keep this in mind when booking your spot.

  • For those who are travelling from out of town for this training, please note that we are not able to cover any costs incurred by participants for transportation or accommodations. As such, please organize your travel and travel insurance with this in mind.

  • In the unlikely event that the training is cancelled by the host, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Participation:

  • Participants are expected to attend and fully participate in the complete 4-day training experience. Because the training is cumulative and community-based, late arrivals, missed sessions, and early departures are strongly discouraged except in cases of illness, emergency, or pre-arranged accommodation.

  • Participants will need access to WhatsApp for the duration of the training. This platform will be used to share important announcements, training resources, and optional ongoing connection with the community following the training.

  • Please note that this training follows a full and immersive schedule, with morning sessions beginning at 9:30 a.m. and evening sessions ending at approximately 9:00 p.m. We encourage all participants to carefully consider whether this pace and schedule are supportive of their personal needs and well-being before registering.

  • Participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the training, including resting, hydrating, nourishing themselves, and taking breaks as needed.

Health & Wellness Agreements:

    • are feeling unwell,

    • have tested positive for COVID within the past 5 days, or

    • have had a known recent exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID within the past 5 days.

  • Please note that group singing is an activity that carries an increased risk of transmission of airborne viruses, including COVID, influenza, and other respiratory illnesses. While we will make reasonable efforts to support a healthy environment, participation in this training is voluntary, and we cannot guarantee an illness-free space.

  • By attending this training, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent health risks associated with group activities and shared indoor spaces.

  • Masking is welcome and optional for participants. For the purpose of facilitating the training experience, Mila will not be wearing a mask while leading sessions.
