Private Events & Workshops
Group singing is a powerful, joy-filled way to bring people together - quickly creating connection, belonging, and a shared sense of aliveness.
Mila offers interactive workshops, keynotes, and song circles for retreats, organizations, and private events. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of your group. Songs are simple, accessible, and taught by ear - so that everyone can participate fully, regardless of musical experience.
Rooted in a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, Mila’s facilitation creates a welcoming and inclusive space where every voice belongs. Her work draws on research showing that group singing can improve mood, reduce stress, and support mental wellbeing - often more quickly than traditional approaches.
Group singing has many proven benefits, including:
Builds community and group cohesion
Fosters a sense of connection and belonging
Reduces stress and anxiety
Builds confidence and self-esteem
Breaks the ice during meetings and events
Deepens receptivity and listening skills
Celebrates and marks special moments
