Payment Options:
There are two payment options for this training:
Pay in full at time of booking
Payment plan of three instalments, with the first payment (deposit) at time of booking. The second and third payments are due on December 15th and January 15th.
Anyone booking within 60 days of the start date will need to pay in full.
Payment can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or cash (for local folks).
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A refund will be issued if notice is received by January 15th, minus a $50 admin fee. After January 15th, your registration is non-refundable. This policy helps to hold us all accountable, and creates some protection for the facilitators and hosts of this training.
Until March 1st, your spot is transferable to another person, if we have a Waitlist. This means that you can transfer your spot to someone on the Waitlist, and be reimbursed for your investment minus a $50 admin fee.
After March 1st, your spot is non-refundable and non-transferable. This training includes preparation that begins one month prior to the training, including an assignment. After March 1st, it will be too late to transfer your spot to another person. Please keep this in mind when booking your spot.
For those who are travelling from out of town for this training, please note that we are not able to cover any costs incurred by participants for transportation or accommodations. As such, please organize your travel and travel insurance with this in mind.
If the training is cancelled by the host, you will receive a full refund.
Participation:
Each participant will be required to participate in the full duration of the 4-day training. Late arrivals and early departures are not permitted, except in the case of illness/emergency.
You will need to have access to WhatsApp for the training, as a place to receive important announcements, share resources, and connect with your new community of practitioners after the training is complete.
The training has a very full schedule, with morning sessions beginning at 9:30 am and evening sessions completing at 9:00 pm. Before booking, we encourage everyone to assess whether this schedule will work for them, and to manage their well-being throughout the training.
Health & Wellness Agreements:
In an effort to keep everyone healthy, we ask that you stay home if you are sick, or have tested positive for covid in the five days before, or have had an exposure with someone who has tested positive in the past five days.
Masking is optional and welcome. For the purpose of creating an impactful training experience, Mila will not be wearing a mask.
As we continue to navigate these post-pandemic times, we warmly encourage everyone to check in with each other before hugging, hand shakes, and even close-talking. We all come with different comfort levels, and I trust that we can navigate this terrain together throughout the training.

We occasionally take photos and videos during the training. Unless agreed otherwise, by attending you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded and these images and recordings may be used by us for educational or promotional purposes.
