Payment Options:

Payment can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or cheque/cash (for local folks).

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • A refund will be issued if notice is received by April 30th, minus a $25 admin fee. After April 30th, your registration is non-refundable. This policy is in place to support the planning, preparation, and financial commitments involved in hosting and facilitating this reunion.

  • For those who are travelling from out of town for this reunion, please note that we are not able to cover any costs incurred by participants for transportation or accommodations. As such, please organize your travel and travel insurance with this in mind.

  • In the unlikely event that the reunion is cancelled by the host, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Health & Wellness Agreements:

  • To help support the health and well-being of all participants, we ask that you please stay home if you:

    • are feeling unwell,

    • have tested positive for COVID within the past 5 days, or

    • have had a known recent exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID within the past 5 days.

  • Please note that group singing is an activity that carries an increased risk of transmission of airborne viruses, including COVID, influenza, and other respiratory illnesses. While we will make reasonable efforts to support a healthy environment, participation in this reunion is voluntary, and we cannot guarantee an illness-free space.

  • By attending this reunion, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent health risks associated with group activities and shared indoor spaces.

  • Masking is welcome and optional for participants. For the purpose of facilitating the experience, Mila will not be wearing a mask while leading sessions.

  • If a participant becomes ill during the reunion, we encourage them to consider masking, reducing close contact, or taking additional precautions as needed. We will not require COVID testing during the reunion.

Photo & Video:

  • During the reunion, we may occasionally take photographs, video, or audio recordings for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes. All materials will be used respectfully, and in alignment with the intention of the training.

  • By participating in the reunion, you acknowledge that you may appear in these materials. If you do not wish to be included in photos or recordings, please let us know in advance or speak with our team at the beginning of the reunion, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
