Payment Terms & Conditions:

  • Your spot is confirmed upon receiving a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total retreat fee. Once your registration form is received, Mila will send you details to pay by e-transfer, PayPal, or bank wire.

  • The remaining balance of 75% will be due by February 15, 2026.

  • This retreat will be an intimate group of 13 participants. We will require a minimum of 9 bookings to go ahead. This will be confirmed as soon as possible, but no later than February 15, 2026. Please wait to book your flights until then.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Payment for this retreat is non-refundable, but it is transferable. This means that you can transfer your spot to another person, and be reimbursed for your investment minus a $50 admin fee. If we do not have a waiting list, it is the responsibility of the participant to find someone with whom you can transfer your spot.

  • All participants are required to purchase their own travel insurance, including medical and cancellation insurance. In the case of cancellation, please note that we are not able to cover any costs incurred by participants for flights, transportation to Donegal, medical expenses, or accommodations/meals before and after the retreat. As such, please organize your travel and travel insurance with this in mind.

  • If the training is cancelled by the host, you will receive a full refund.

 

Participation: 

  • Each participant will be required to participate in the full duration of the 7-day retreat. Late arrivals and early departures are not permitted, except in the case of illness/emergency.

  • This retreat will require a basic level of physical and mental wellness, in order to participate. Before booking, we encourage everyone to assess whether this retreat will work for them, and to manage their well-being throughout the week.

  • We will occasionally take photos and videos during the retreat. Unless agreed otherwise, by attending you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded and these images and recordings may be used by us for educational or promotional purposes.
